About the show
Meet Michael Angelakis and Michael Keelan, mates who decided to get together with a BBQ, some fish, great locations and a camera to create a cooking show. They're not professional chefs or anything and sometimes they even burn the food! But they love cooking and what's more, they are very entertaining!

Michael Angelakis is a well known South Australian fish monger who knows stacks about fish and things with shells and Michael Keelan is a horticulturist, what's he doing on a seafood cooking program? We have no idea but he keeps Michael Angelakis in line and makes sure some kind of dish comes up at the end of the day.

They love to travel to different parts of Australia and the world to bring you not only the best seafood dishes around, but also the best scenery to go with it. From the coastline of Italy to the hustle and bustle of Malaysia, Out of the Blue will open your eyes to great new dishes and great places to travel.
