Fish:
Sprinkle whole fish with pepper, lemon juice, Murray River Salt and OzOlio Olive Oil. Place in fish grill on camp fire until cooked.
Jaffles:
Place bread slices on each side of Jaffle Iron. Cover one side with smoked fish, cheese, avocado and tomatoes. Trim edges. Close iron and place over hot coals for a few minutes until cooked through.
