Crumb calamari and deep fry
Boil Blue Swimmer crab for 12 minutes
Assemble scallops and bacon skewers and cook on grill
Place sauce on Oysters and cook under grill
Place all ingredients on a platter and serve with smoked salmon, chips, salad and tartare sauce
